Delivery Methods
- Address Delivery (Courier Service)
- Orders are delivered via trusted partners (e.g., Zásilkovna, PPL).
- Delivery costs are determined by the courier’s rates, which may change periodically. Current fees are displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch. Tracking details are provided via email.
- Partner Pickup Points
- Collect orders from Zásilkovna or PPL locations nationwide.
- Fees vary by partner and location, as per their pricing policies.
Free Prague City Center Pickup
- Location: Jungmannova 8, New Town, Prague 1, Czech Republic – 110 00
- Hours: Daily, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Availability: Orders are ready for collection 10 minutes after placement during business hours.
- Cost: Free of charge.
Key Terms
Order Processing
- Orders are dispatched within 1 business day (excluding weekends/holidays). Delays due to stock availability will be communicated promptly.
Shipping Costs
- Prices reflect current partner rates. biovatika.cz reserves the right to adjust fees in response to carrier price changes.
Liability
- Risk of loss/damage transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation. Ensure accurate address details to avoid delays.
- Report damaged/missing items within 48 hours via email at shop@biovatika.cz.
Returns
- Unopened products may be returned within 14 days under our Return Policy.
